Aerial Site Mapping for Commerical Development

This project involves using a DJI Matrice 350 RTK drone to survey a 10-acre urban plot for commercial development, generating high-resolution orthomosaics and 3D models. The goal is to provide precise topographic data for planning, integrated with CAD for structural design.
